MZX2-36 SHOE UPPER
1. This model is double system, single carriage machine. The needle bed length is 36inch (91cm), it can knit the complicated full fashion shoe uppers
2. It has the characteristics of easy operation, economic price, little space occupation and low power consumption.
3. This model uses the integrated shoe-upper specialized system, which is most suitable for shoe-upper’s tissue structure.
4. Equip with the dynamic stitch function, enable the machine to knit much wider range of patterns. It can knit different density at the same line
which break the old knitting method of same line can only have same density. The shoe upper knitted by dynamic stitch function can have more 3D effect.
5. This model use high efficiency servo, it can reach the speed of 1.4m/s, which is also the fastest speed in flat knitting machine industry.
6. It equips with electronic probe, enable the machine to detect the needle collision precisely, and reduce the false alarm as well as the needle collision greatly.
